SPEAKER HIGHLIGHTS
Thomas Jimeno
 Thomas has been the Occupational Safety and Health Manager for Wilber Precast for the past 5 years. His past safety experience was as a District Manager in charge of opening new Home Depots throughout the western united states. He is driven by a desire to help others, which he believes is the reason he has been successful in building the safety program at Wilbert Precast.
He will be speaking on the “elements in building a successful safety program.”
Jim Breidenbach
 Jim Breidenbach has been in the residential construction industry for over 40 years. Jim owned and operated Craftsmen Construction Inc, a remodeling business, for 28 of those years. During the years operating his company, he was an energetic member of The Spokane Homebuilding Association and The Building Industry Association of Washington. Jim is a certified instructor for HBA training classes, served on numerous SHBA & BIAW committees, 2017 SHBA President and represents SHBA on the Spokane Regional Building Codes Group. He received numerous project design awards and the coveted “BIAW Distinguished Service” Award. He has earned the education certificates of: “Certified Graduate Remodeler” and “Certified Aging in Place Specialist”. Jim retired as a contractor in 2017 and was recruited to serve as a Field Representative for the BIAW-Return on Industrial Insurance Program (ROII).
Jim feels it is an honor being part of a dedicated team, helping ROII participant companies to improve workplace safety and assist their injured workers with successful “return to work” strategies.
Jim will be providing insight to the “Return to Work” collaborative strategies employed by the BIAW-ROII Program that have made this program the largest and most successful “retrospective rating program” in Washington State.

Exhibits will be open on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, during the Reception and Dinner Program; and Thursday, June 23, 2022, during the educational programs and lunch. Sponsorships will be on-going during the entire conference.
